We're happy to announce that Dean was recognized at the American Institute of Architects Young Architects Awards Gala for Mentor of the year. The honor was also mentioned at the following link in The Denver Business Journal

For a small young firm, we try to spend a lot of time training in all facets of the firm. We also plan regular talks about specific topics that we like to call EVU (EV University) as well as taking field trips from time to time to see architecture around town.

We really owe the award to such a phenominal staff who makes training fun and are eager to expand their abilities. We share a collaborative environment where everyone on the EV team has something to offer and we each have a specific expertise within the firm. We look forward to building on this core team as the firm evolves and seeing the leadership grow from within.
