Ogden Triplex First Look

I met with the client and the neighbors for the proposed triplex at 1466 South Ogden Street last night. I think that we've come up with an appropriate architectural solution for a tough triangular site backing up to Buchtel then I-25. If this neighborhood were being planned from scratch, this type of denser residential would be smart way to transition from the single family homes to the highway. As is, we will need to go through Denver's Planned Unit Development (PUD) process to rezone for an appropriate site use.
