There must be good news on the horizon! In reportedly difficult times, new construction homes are still selling. This 2,800 sq.ft. spec home that we designed as a speculative investment project for Tom Tadra with Tadraco in Indian Hills recently sold.

While the contractor was able to provide upgrades to make the property more attractive in the market, the final sale price of $515,000 helps to continue  strong support for area comparables.
