The AIA online magazine has an article on the Denver Zoning Code. It includes some quotes from Steve Carr, AIA Denver President.

There are also some statements from architect Brad Buchanan about the development potential in the new zoning code be equal to or greater than the current code. Based on the site studies that EVstudio has created for our clients I actually do not believe that this is true, at least not for those people who develop in the single family and duplex segments of the market.

There are still many implementation questions that AIA Denver and various other organizations are working with Denver on. While the process has been going on for years, the actual testing period is very short.
