Colfax Avenue
When you design projects along Colfax Ave or other local streets that are actually state highways, it is important to remember that you must also contact state agencies if you want to redesign access to the property.
We are doing a feasibility study for a Mexican food restaurant on Colfax Avenue in Denver. In the end we didn't need to move the Colfax access, which will save some effort on that project.
