We are currently wrapping up plans for the Wild Ivories Piano Bar at 1400 Market in Denver. We put together their demolition permit several weeks ago and they've been doing that work while we prepare the architecture, structure, mechanical and electrical design. The schedule is very accelerated which frequently occurs with tenant finish projects.
Our drawings for the liquor license were accepted and that's all set. Opening is expected mid-May 2010.
