EVstudio Evergreen is located at 4602 Plettner Lane #4D

If you're reading this, then your most likely online and the easiest way to view a map is to follow this link to Google Maps

From North or central Denver, head up I-70 West and exit at the Evergreen Parkway Exit (Exit 252). Take Evergreen Parkway (Highway 74) South about 8 miles to downtown Evergreen (you will pass Evergreen Lake on the right side). There is only one stoplight in downtown Evergreen as you enter from the northwest, and you will take a right there onto Highway 73. Then immediately, you will turn left onto Plettner Lane. Plan for about a 30-40 minute drive from Downtown Denver

From Ski Country (Summit, Grand, Eagle counties and beyond), Take I-70 East to Exit 251 and follow US 40 around to Evergreen Parkway (Highway 74) and follow the directions from Evergreen Parkway above. Plan on about an hour from Frisco or Winter Park.

From South Denver, you can take Morrison Road (Highway 74) straight west out of Lakewood and up into downtown Evergreen. It's about 7 miles of beautiful canyon driving, but be careful in Winter. Once on Main Street, continue to the Stoplight on the West side of town. Turn Left at the light (Hwy 73) and then immediate left again onto Plettner Lane. From Morrison, only about 10-15 minutes.

From Conifer, Travelling either North or South on Highway 285, you will take Highway 73 North out of Conifer (Conifer is hard to define - there is no main street, but the best landmark at the turnoff is a two level strip shopping center anchored by a large Staples store). The exit comes up quick in either direction, so be on the lookout. Highway 73 takes you right to downtown Evergreen and Plettner Lane will be on your right side right before you get to the stoplight on Main Street (Highway 74). Turn right on Plettner and head up into the parking lot. From Conifer, about 10-15 minutes.

Once on Plettner Lane, drive up into the large parking lot on your left and go across to the East side of the lot. Our building is the tall building on the East side with corrugated red metal siding on the sides and a lot of deck pathways connecting all of the building levels. Park anywhere in the lot and head up to the top of the stairs. We're on the 4th floor (but it looks like the 2nd floor from this side of the building) - you'll see our sign at the top of the stair.

Downtown Evergreen is a great place to spend an afternoon or even a weekend. Visit the site www.heartofevergreen.com for local information, great places to eat, things to do, and even bed and breakfasts you can stay at. There ice skating at the lake in Winter and we are surrounded by thousands of acres of open space with miles of hiking and biking trails to choose from. When you come up to discuss your project, plan for a little extra time to hang around.
