Foundation Walls Ready to Pour at Silver Rock Manor
We had the foundation wall inspection today at Silver Rock Manor. The foundation contractor, Mardesen Construction Co has done an excellent job as usual attending to every detail in the design. The inspection passed with flying colors and they expect to pour the walls next Monday.
One of the unique details about this project is the walls exceeding 12' in height. The extra height required the walls to be thicker, with substantially more rebar set in the wall. Every project is different and has to comply with its own site specific design parameters, so it is important to note that you should have a licensed professional design all of your structural plans. Never apply the same design from one project to another without first getting it validated by an Architect or an Engineer.
