Foundation Walls, Waterproofing and Drain Installed at Fillmore Project
The City of Denver requires an inspection of waterproofing and foundation drain. I went out to Fillmore today to do that inspection and take some pictures. The building is big enough that there is 16" of fall on the foundation drain to the sump pit. Also, note the hanuches and the ledge and beam pockets for the floor.
