Home Renovation in Boulder to Create Master Suite
One of our recent small residential projects was a design for a remodel of a home in Boulder, Colorado. The existing home was in major need of an update to the interior and the owner wanted to combine two of the small bedrooms into a master suite with a larger bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet.
The project was walked through the notoriously difficult Boulder Building Department without any review comments.
We received these images from the client and have since worked with him on two additional investment properties in Denver.
