I received a copy of the Housing Colorado Facts Book 2009 in the mail today. It is a really great resource for information about housing statistics and trends in Colorado. Because it is put out by Housing Colorado there is a bent towards affordable housing but there are also relevant bits for the market rate developer.

I read the copy that I received at the Housing Colorado NOW! Conference from cover to cover but it wasn't until today that I noticed that the image on the left side of the cover and again on page 36 is The Residences at Trolley Park. I was responsible for the design and documentation of the project when I worked at Odell Architects.
