The home at 1620 S. Fillmore Street is nearing the end of schematic design. Above is a peak at the  massing study prepared in Revit 9.0. This project is a speculative new construction single family home in Denver's highly coveted Washington Park neighborhood (not far away from the Villa we designed on University and Lousiana).
