Nationally Certified Engineering Expert Witness (EXW)
EVstudio is pleased to announce that Karl Franklin, PE-PLS, has recently earned the designation of Engineering Expert Witness (EXW). This is a national certification which is bestowed upon Engineering Expert Witnesses whom meet a number of detailed requirements and parameters as outlined by the governing agency, American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC).
Karl has been an active member of the ACEC-Colorado Expert Witness program for a number of years. Karl also serves on the ACEC-Colorado Chapter Expert Witness committee. They are in charge of interviewing new candidates, managing the expert witness certification process, and discussing updates/changes to the expert witness program(s). The ACEC Expert Witness program was designed to help uphold a higher level of ethical standards amongst Expert Witnesses.
