I attended my last meeting as the Treasurer-elect for AIA Denver this evening and it marked the beginning of my term as 2009 Treasurer.

I'm not sure that I would have picked the most difficult year in recent memory to take on this position when I ran for it 14 months ago but I'm looking forward to doing my part to guide the organization through this stretch. Thankfully the previous AIA Denver boards have left us with healthy reserves and we'll be able to continue to increase the service to the members.
